Nicole Hewitt, Esq.

Nicole focuses her practice in estates & trusts, business planning, and title and real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of each area.  Her clients consist of both individuals and small businesses.  Prior to co-founding Hewitt & Waicker, LLC, Nicole was a senior tax associate with two Big 5 accounting firms, a business & tax associate with a large prominent Baltimore law firm and most recently served as both General Counsel and Executive Director to a national mortgage lender/broker and co-owner of an affiliated national title company.

Jessica Waicker, Esq.

Jessica focuses her practice in real estate, title, estate planning and business formation.  Jessica has built a large portion of her practice on the representation of local private lenders.  In addition, she has extensive experience in the title industry which allows her to work closely with brokers, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and loan officers to insure a smooth real estate transaction.  Prior to co-founding Hewitt & Waicker, LLC, Jessica was the title manager of a national title company and was also an associate in a prominent mid-sized Baltimore law firm.
